Pizzas fly: Big rig spills cheesy load over Little Rock highway

A pizza spillage on the westbound lane of Interstate 30, in Little Rock, Arkansas, forced a partial shutdown of the cross-country route on Thursday.

The event occurred when an 18-wheeler truck carrying frozen pizzas skimmed a bridge barrier, tearing open the trailer and emptying its contents onto the Interstate 30. A crew was subsequently deployed to clear the area in an operation which lasted four hours.

According to officials, damage caused to the infrastructure was purely cosmetic; only pizzas were harmed.
