Two Boy Scouts dead, third clings to life after sailing tragedy

A small Texas town was in shock Monday after a sailing tragedy. A Catamaran some boys were sailing apparently hit a power line. Two Eagle Scouts died, and an 11-year-old Scout was fighting for his life. According to a preliminary investigation, the Scouts were electrocuted during the collision.
